Chipotle Sauce 140 ml La Costeña

La Costeña Chipotle Sauce is a smoky, flavourful hot sauce made from chipotle peppers, carrot and vinegar, with a touch of sweetness from cane sugar and orange. It has a dark brown colour, a smooth, thick texture and a spicy taste with a fresh tang. It is a great match for tacos, burritos, burgers, grilled meat, marinades and dips, and also works well with eggs. Shake well before use. Packed in a 140 ml glass bottle.

Ingredients: water, chipotle pepper, carrot, vinegar, iodised salt, sugar (cane sugar and orange concentrate), seasonings, wheat flour, mix of chili peppers, (E466) as thickener, spices, (E211) and (E202) as preservatives (0.02% each), (E416) as stabiliser, (E440) as gelling agent and (E330) as acidity regulator.

Allergens: Contains wheat (gluten). May contain traces of milk, celery, sesame and glutamate, as it is made in equipment that also processes these products.

Storage: Store at room temperature. Refrigerate after opening.
